You own the home. We handle the process.

You purchase and own the property directly. YOIN and Akiya Air International do not own your property — we coordinate the complete process from selection through acquisition, renovation and ongoing operation.

    We understand your budget, personal-use priorities, ski preferences, location, lifestyle, renovation appetite and rental objectives.

    Source

    We source properties through our Japanese network. The homes shown here are examples that fit the current brief.

    Review

    Before acquisition we coordinate the relevant local professionals for technical review, property due diligence, legal documentation, the transaction process and renovation feasibility.

    Acquire

    We coordinate the acquisition with the local professionals involved. The property is purchased directly in your name or chosen ownership structure.

  5. 05

    Renovate

    Renovation scope, contractors, design direction, budget, furnishing, utilities and preparation for use.

  6. 06

    Launch

    Where rental is part of the strategy: the appropriate lodging setup, photography, listing, pricing, guest operations, cleaning and maintenance.

  7. 07

    Operate

    When you are away, the home can be professionally managed. When you want to use it, it remains your home.

Japanese properties at these price points can sell quickly, and we cannot guarantee that a specific home shown today will still be available when the decision to purchase is made.

Once the acquisition process begins, we continue sourcing until we identify a home that fits the agreed budget, location, lifestyle, property, personal-use and rental criteria.

If one of these homes remains available and passes review, we can pursue it. If not, we find the next one.
